2023 Reunion Rates
Minimum combined fees of $840/day made up of:
- Per person over 5 years of age: $235/week
- Under 5: Free
- Immediate family rate: $705/week (parents w/ their unmarried children under age 21)
Rates for stays less than a week is prorated on number of days, but with the $840 per day minimum charge factored into the arrangement.
A deposit of $750 is required to reserve dates, with signed agreement.
Cancellation Policy
- If we receive your refund request by May 31st of the previous year of your reservation, you will receive a full (100%) refund of your deposit.
- If we receive your refund request by November 30th of the previous year to your reservation, you will receive a 50% refund of your deposit.
- If we receive your refund request at any time after November 30th of the previous year, no refund will be given. We understand and sympathize when someone must withdraw their reservation due to circumstances beyond their control, scheduling conflicts, family situations, etc. However, we must still adhere to the policy since YBC depends on the income in order to operate the camp as economically as possible.
- We do not give credits to other camp opportunities in lieu of refunds.
- We do not acknowledge or accept refund requests over the phone.
